The Scott Companies website is the first tactical expression of a new brand for the construction equipment company.
After an extensive review of their machinery data, we outlined a method for importing data from the inventory system into the website, categorized the equipment, and developed an intuitive interface for finding just the right piece of heavy machinery for you.
Research indicated, however, that Scott’s client base is not looking for an e-commerce site for half-million dollar equipment. Sounds so obvious now, right? While users might be interested in browsing inventory, relationships are what matter. In response we emphasized contacting the Scott team and helped users find the nearest location to solidify that relationship between Scott and their clients.
